SlumDog Millionaire - Review

This is the First Movie Review on my Blog!!I am taking up SlumDog Millionaire,Much Hyped Up Movie.Winner of four Golden Globes and Nominated for 10 Oscars. Its a Rags to Riches Story set in the Background of the Mumbai Slums.How Young Jamal who Grows up along with his brother Salim and his love interest Latika ends up in a KBC programme and is on the verge of winning 2Crores is the Storyline.Does he win the 2 Crores?Does he join hands with his childhood love interest Latika?Seems like a old Wine in an older bottle Story but the ScreenPlay is of Top Notch;Seldom You get Bored;Moves in a Fast Pace with Twists n Turns. Now Does the Movie Live up to its Hype?The Answer is No!!If you Expected Another Life is Beautiful or a Beautiful Mind or even American Beauty its Not half Inspiring as any of those Movies.SlumDog is a typical Bollywood Entertainer exposing some wounds in the Society!!You will Enjoy this Movie If you have No Expectations. The Movie does have some violent Scenes n Some Hindi Gaali(which would be censored in Hindi Version).

There is a Scene which interested Me,one in which American tourists Rescue Jamal n Salim from some of his Indian Conterparts.These American Tourists help them uttering the Dialogues "Now Let Me Show you America"!! (As if America is Clean n Pure) Western Media Depicting Indians as Snake Charmers,Uncivilised n SlumDogs as in this Movie may not go down well with some of our People!!Remember America has got Uncivilised People as well n Dogs too!! :-)

The Verdict is SlumDog is a Watchable Movie not a Must Watch unless you got lots of time to Kill.

Al Qaeda Never Existed

Yes Its a Shocker!!People have been Made Fools by the Bush Administration and American C.I.A.It was an excuse by Bush to raid Oil Rich Countries says BBC’s killer documentary
''The Power of Nightmares''.Top CIA officials openly admit, Al-qaeda is a total and complete fabrication, never having existed at any time. The Bush administration needed a reason that complied with the Laws so they could go after “the bad guy of their choice” namely laws that had been set in place to protect U.S from mobs and “criminal organizations” such as the Mafia. They paid Jamal al Fadl, hundreds of thousands of dollars to back the U.S. Government’s story of Al-qaeda, a “group” or criminal organization they could “legally” go after.


The basic truth is that Al Qaeda does not exist and never has. Al Qaeda is a manufactured enemy who was created by the Bush Administration in order to have an excuse to wage a war for the control of the world’s oil resources.
Did an American even hear the words “Al Qaeda” before 9-11? Or were we told that its alleged leader Osama Bin Laden has family who themselves have personal business relationships with George W. Bush’s family and that both families had financially profited considerably from the “War on Terror”?
There is no Islamic army or terrorist group called Al Qaeda. And any informed intelligence officer knows this. But there is a propaganda campaign to make the public believe in the presence of an identified entity representing the 'devil' only in order to drive the 'TV watcher' to accept a unified international leadership for a war against terrorism. The country behind this propaganda is the US and the lobbyists for the US war on terrorism are only interested in making money."

Morning Blues

It was a day in January,I woke up from my bed and felt completely Numb;Never Knew Why I even found lost for thoughts which my mind used to spring up.But the whole world seemed a very big noise n I was happy being silent and empty.Yes being a Witness was Fun This Day.I moved through the lanes of my Street.I found People n More People;Damn I never knew so many People Lived there;No wonder India was the second Largest Populated Country,My first thought arose n slowly faded away.
Everyone were Preoccupied with something or other Mostly their thoughts,They were flashing those fake smiles when they passed someone they knew.I never understood why people had to give away those fake n flashing glimses of their brushed or unbrushed teeths to someone else,That too in the Mornings.I moved to the market.Their I found my friend arguing with a vegetable vendor.I had to greet him unwillingly as this guy was part of the crowd.Yes he was a Boring guy to be with.He always resisted my sense of humour;it was as if he had made a resolution of not laughing at all to what ever I said.I wondered how i became friend with him.It was during school n he became friend by default.I really felt awful for those middle aged women whom he had claimed to have conquered with his wit.He was a self proclaimed Playboy but only among middle aged women.
I once asked him why do you always fall in love with older women.He replied they were mature.Now what was I to interpret from that.Opposites Attract!!Back with the vegetable vendor.He was furious,He was giving some Marathi Gaali(Abuses)!!I asked the vendor what the Problem was.He told me this guy wanted an apple for 2 Rupees.I turned back to my friend rather so called friend n asked "Are you out of your Mind".I was treated to those old flashback stories of how his father earned money n every penny was important for him.So was the Vegetable Vendor's,My second thought creeped in,Yes I was back to the so called Reality.
He argued n during that time I felt the uv rays of Sun Scorching my Skin.Yes!! Winter faded away in the Argument.I headed back to room with my friend.His unbrushed teeths were savaging an Apple.I felt sorry for the Apple,even more sorry for the Vegetable Vendor who wilted under Pressure and gave away the apple for Free.
